![]() ![]() The menu was a bit daunting, with quite a few tantalizing options ranging from “Andy’s Sage Fried Chicken and Bacon Waffle Tower” to a refined Duck Mac and Cheese. We skipped an appetizer because we knew two things the portions are massive, and we wanted to try to leave room for dessert. Now that we have all the formalities out of the way, lets talk about what Lauren and I came here for: FOOD! We spent most of our day walking around Vegas drinking, gambling, and sightseeing, so we had quite a bit of an appetite when we sat down. The interior of the restaurant was well decorated and used a lot of galvanized metal to give you that rural farmhouse feel, without making it gaudy or tacky. The founders of Hash House a Go Go seem to know that they need style to go along with the substance though. How many restaurants in Vegas have a giant cow out front? They take their farming roots very seriously. Hash House A Go Go was founded in San Diego by two partners with a simple mission: fun food with simple, farm- fresh ingredients prepared with a twist. Take a look at our review to see why Hash House should be on your Vegas “to do” list! We found just what the doctor ordered when we stepped into Hash House A Go Go. We wanted quality whole food prepared in a unique way. Now we weren’t looking for some “all you can stuff yourself until you unbutton your pants so you can breathe” buffet where quantity is king and quality is a word they’ve never heard of. The last time we found ourselves in America’s City of Sin we went out looking for somewhere to satisfy one of our basest primal urges, eating. Whether it’s drinking, gambling, rabble-rousing, or eating Vegas is the place to go if you want too much of something. Las Vegas is synonymous with one word excess. ![]()
